As a dual US/Canadian citizen, I leverage 15+ year experience in Neuroscience, Technology, and Business to increase margins and bring a sustainable high rate of revenue growth in biotech sector companies.
I have delivered end-to-end project & product line management across multiple independent and collaborative projects because of my approach to correctly identify market needs, apply advanced experimental methods, and promptly resolve issues relating to project planning, implementation, and monitoring.
Ever since my initial captivation with human cognition, I've charted a path that merges the scientific intricacies of the brain with the endless possibilities of technology. During my Ph.D. in Neuroscience, I made breakthrough discoveries in neurological learning pathways that have earned acclaim from the scientific community. This academic endeavor was complemented by my simultaneous studies in Business Entrepreneurship, equipping me with the acumen to bring technological innovations to market.
I've led efforts in implementing LLM-based AI technologies to optimize departmental communication and improve predictive customer support and my role extends from crafting financial models to maintain profitable product lines to spearheading product development initiatives, informed by real-time analytics and customer feedback.
Previously, my accomplishments spanned from the development of a RAPID lateral flow COVID-19 Serological Immunity Test to leading technical support for FDA dual CLIA-waived 510(k) submissions to engineering and bringing to market three food safety testing kits which saved manufacturers millions in recall costs.
I received my bachelors degree in Neuroscience from UCLA in 2012 and spent several years at UCLA conducting research under Dr. Scott Fears. While I was there I worked on volumetric analysis of MRI's to determine genetic heritability for bipolar disorder. Ever since childhood I have been fascinated by the brain's remarkable ability to comprehend and process the world around us, and my interests in particular are in learning and memory disorders such as Alzheimer's.
With 15 years of comprehensive experience in neuroscience, immunology, and microbiology R&D, coupled with a deep understanding of business and technological applications, I possess a unique and holistic skill set. In my most recent role, I have even managed a Scientific Advisory Board to infuse expert insights into product development.
My career represents a meticulously planned journey through the intersecting domains of neuroscience, business, and advanced technology, including AI. I offer more than a decade and a half of cross-disciplinary experience and am keenly aligned with the mission to make sure artificial general intelligence (AGI) serves the collective benefit of humanity.
